Delegate Fees
€685.00 (UK
delegates: £480.00)
The delegate fee covers all plenary
and workshop sessions across the three days of the conference
2-3-4 July 2008.
It also includes daily refreshments,
a buffet lunch (3 July), a formal Reception hosted by
the city of Paris at the Hôtel de Ville (City
Hall -evening 2 July) and a Gala Dinner (evening 3 July).
The delegate fee does not include your hotel accommodation.

If your organisation is a member or associate member
of the European Social Network you will receive 20%
discount on your delegate fee.

Discounted fees for new EU member or candidate
country delegates
 €617.00
Delegates from public bodies in the following countries
will receive a 10% discount on the
standard delegate fee:
Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus,
Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania,
Macedonia, Malta, Montenegro, Poland, Romania, Serbia,
Slovakia, Slovenia, Turkey.
If your organisation is also a member or associate member
of ESN you may claim both discounts, totalling 30%.
Social companions
€125.00 (UK companions: £85.00)
This fee provides a place for
a social companion (husband, wife or partner) at the
Gala Dinner on 3 July, 2008.
Companions registered for the
Gala Dinner are also invited, at no additional charge,
to the formal Reception held at the Hôtel de Ville
(City Hall) on 2 July, 2008.
Please note that a companion
place offers no daytime access to the conference area,
plenary or workshop sessions, lunches or refreshments.
Cancellation
of registrations
Cancellations must be sent in writing to sarah.wellburn@esn-eu.org
on or before Friday
20th June, 2008.
There is no refund for cancellations not received in
writing, or cancellations received after this date.
There will be a 7% administration charge levied
at the discretion of European Social Network for
cancellations received after an invoice for the registration
has been issued.
Registration as a delegate for this event constitutes
acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
