Hotel accommodation for delegates
 A limited allocation of rooms has been
reserved for conference delegates at the four star Meridien
Montparnasse Hotel (main
conference venue) at a
very special price.
The room rates quoted include service, taxes and full
buffet breakfast.
Please book your hotel accommodation as soon
as possible to ensure room availability. We
cannot guarantee the availability of further rooms in
the conference hotel, nor of the special rate, once
this room allocation has been sold.
This year, delegate room bookings
at the Hotel Méridien (conference hotel) will
be handled exclusively by our agent in Paris, ABOTEL
(see details below).
Types of room and prices
All rooms are equipped with bath,
shower, radio, TV, fully stocked minibar, air-con, work
area, international direct-dialling, high speed internet
access, etc.
Standard
category:
For one person:
€ 158.00 per night
For two people:
€ 168.00 per night

Executive
upgrade:
For one person: €208.00
per night
For two people: €218.00 per night
These rooms are larger, with
a kingsize bed/2 queensize beds
Booking your room
This year, delegate room bookings
at the Hotel Méridien (conference hotel) will
be handled exclusively by our agent in Paris, ABOTEL.
Please
complete the ESN booking form (one booking form
per room required) and send this by fax or
email to ABOTEL, whose full contact details are printed
on the form.
Please note payment in full will be taken at
the time of booking and that there is a flat
booking fee of €10 euros per booking form/room.
You will receive direct confirmation
of your booking and your payment from ABOTEL.
If you have any requests or queries
regarding your hotel booking after submitting the form,
please contact ABOTEL.
Hotel
cancellations
All
cancellations must be received in writing by ABOTEL
on or before 31 May 2008 and must be confirmed in writing
by ABOTEL. After
this date the hotel will not under normal circumstances
offer any refund on cancelled bookings.
On or before 31 May 2008
: If you are obliged to cancel your booking you will
be entitled to a full refund on your booking. (Please
note that the €10 booking fee will not be refunded.)
From 1 June – 15 June
: please still be sure to cancel your room booking in
writing with ABOTEL : if ABOTEL is able to allocate
your room to another delegate who requests a room after
1 June 2008, ABOTEL may then be able to refund some
or all of your payment.
Please note that this is at the
discretion of ABOTEL / HOTEL MERIDIEN and no refund
is guaranteed after 31 May 2008. Any decision in this
regard will be taken after the conference.
