Conference schedule

• Pre-conference 'Nordic Day' on Tuesday 1 July at Hotel Méridien Montparnasse from 14h00 to 18h00 - information and free registration through NOPUS. All Nordic and other country delegates interested in learning more about the Nordic welfare systems will be warmly welcomed.

• Delegate registration and distribution of delegate packs at the Hotel Méridien Montparnasse from 10h30 on Wednesday 2 July

• The conference exhibition will open at 12h30 on Wednesday 2 July

• Private reception for ESN Board Members and ESN's associate member representatives at the Hotel Méridien Montparnasse at 12h30 on Wednesday 2 July (by invitation)

• The conference consists of 4 sessions, each lasting half a day. Each session comprises a plenary session with 3 or 4 keynote speakers and a 90 minute workshop session (choice of 5 workshops in each session)

• The first session of the conference will begin at 14h00 on Wednesday 2 July

• The formal reception hosted by the City of Paris takes place at 20h00 on Wednesday 2 July

• The gala dinner takes place on the River Seine at 20h00 on Thursday 3 July

• The final session of the conference will end at 13h30 on Friday 4 July
