In 2017, we celebrated the 25th anniversary of the European Social Services Conference. Since 1992, we have brought together key stakeholders from European, national, regional and local level governance in the interest of generating debate, facilitating learning and informing policy-making.

Added value - as told by the audience members

As part of our 2015 European Social Services Conference in The Hague, we sought out social services directors, managers, service users and private sector leaders and asked them to tell us what the conference means to them and what added value they get from it. As this years' theme is Transforming lives through innovation and technology we were also keen to hear the views of key industry leaders in the field of technology how they see the social services sector becoming increasing digitised.
