Choice and Control for Service Users
The experiences of ESN members show that when people are actively involved in choosing services and making decisions about the kind of care they get, the results are better. People with disabilities and long-term conditions should be given the same level of choice and control over their daily lives as any other person. ESN's spring seminar, organised in cooperation with ESN's Finnish Coalition, explored the theme of 'Choice and control for service users'.
