25th European Social Services Conference

25th European Social Services Conference

Dates: -

Location: Valletta, Malta

Celebrating 25 years of knowledge sharing in Europe

The 25th European Social Services Conference is being organised for the first time in cooperation with the Maltese Government, who will be presiding over the Council of the European Union.

Bringing together thousands of senior professionals from across Europe for the past 25 years, the European Social Services Conference (ESSC) has long been pioneering the value of knowledge sharing to transform people’s lives. Over the years, thousands of senior professionals have come together to share new ideas and improve services as a result.

Next year’s ESSC will explore how new innovative solutions, policies and practices can create better local social services for the future.

Throughout the conference, various organisations from all sectors will be hosting innovative workshops – and your organisation could be one of them! This is a chance to innovate, interact and inspire each other to develop new ideas and respond to common challenges.

We are particularly interested in receiving good practice examples of public/social/digital innovation which improves people’s life chances. More specifically, the conference will feature innovative initiatives on the following themes:

  • LOCAL PUBLIC MANAGEMENT INNOVATION (design, planning & financing)

To find out about this year's theme and for details on how to apply for a workshop at the conference, please refer to our documentation in Englishfrançais, español, Deutsch and italiano.
