Investing in Children's Services, Improving Outcomes
As part of our research project Investing in Children's Services, Improving Outcomes, we organised a peer review in Dublin bringing together delegations from four countries (Ireland, France, Sweden and Bulgaria) including representatives from national child welfare agencies and directors of children services (members of ESN), representatives from national governments and the NGO sector. The aim of the meeting was to analyse national frameworks in terms of access to children services in the four countries, identify weaknesses and strengths and formulate policy proposals at national level to contribute to the implementation of the European Recommendation on 'Investing in Children'.
