Carles Campuzano is Minister of Social Rights of the Catalan Government. Previously he was Director of the Catalan Federation of Intellectual Disabilities (Dincat), President of the Acsar Foundation, Vice-President of Cocarmi and Secretary of the Board of Directors of the Third Sector Board.

He has also been Councillor in the Vilanova i la Geltrú City Council, Member of the Catalan Parliament and also Member of the Spanish Parliament, as well as a participant of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) Parliamentary Assembly, with which he has acted as an international observer in electoral processes.
