ESN’s latest publication presents research, a questionnaire analysis and practice examples to support local social services in planning and managing the workforce for the future. The report analyses the current challenges, developments and opportunities faced by the social services workforce in Europe and gives an overview of the qualifications and regulatory frameworks for social work and social care professions in Austria, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom.
