The podcasts are the recordings of the Seminar 'Migrant people and young people. Social inclusion and transition to adulthood', held in Stockholm on 23-24 October by ESN in co-operation with the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare.
Among other issues, the seminar offered a broad analysis of the state of play in international, European, national and local policies concerning unaccompanied children and young migrants to ensure their effective inclusion and smooth transition to adulthood and this is the contens of the podcasts.
