The European Social Network's (ESN) project, 'Investing in children's services, improving outcomes', addresses the organisation of children’s services in various countries across Europe in comparison to the European framework provided by the second pillar of the European Commission Recommendation 'Investing in Children' in order to produce country profiles and proposals for public authorities to develop services in line with the Recommendation.

Between 2013 and 2015, a total of 14 countries have been analysed on the basis of a questionnaire completed by ESN members in each country. We are now looking for one national expert on children’s services in each of the following countries: Hungary, Romania, Italy, Portugal and Belgium. Please note that one expert may cover more than one country as long as he/she fulfils the requirements and has expertise on one or more of these countries.

This is an exciting opportunity for experts on children’s policies and services to contribute to an European Commission’s funded initiative led by a European wide network of public authorities. If you would like to find out more and apply, please have a look at the call. Please note that the deadlines is the 1st of July.
