The 'Anchor' Team participates in various stages of criminal proceedings, including preliminary investigations, pre-trial stages, and court trials.

The 'Anchor' Team is heavily involved in carrying out preliminary investigations during preliminary investigations. The coordination of a restorative mediation procedure between the victim and the offenders falls within the scope of their work at this stage.

The prosecutor receives assistance from the 'Anchor' Team, while the 'Anchor' Team also works closely with the young user. The 'Anchor' Team is in charge of gathering and analysing evidence from investigations.

During court proceedings, assessments from the 'Anchor' Team assist judges in making appropriate rulings and determining appropriate sentences. Fines, conditional imprisonment, juvenile delinquency punishment, and imprisonment are all possible sentences.

Needs assessment: Ankkuri intervenes in the criminal behaviour of young people under the age of 18 by providing social and health care and guidance, as well as assessing the needs of the young person and his or her family; Intervention strategies: The goal is to intervene as soon as possible; Investigations: Ankkuri also conducts domestic violence investigations.

The ‘Anchor’ team can be understood as a cooperation between four different services: police, health care, youth work, and child welfare.
