The project, which was commissioned by the Vienna Social Fund (Fonds Soziales Wien - FSW), intends to gradually integrate persons with learning disabilities into society and give them access to mainstream work through training and cultural activities. Activities for vocational training are planned with the goal of helping customers pass the exam required to become a qualified actor or actress, known in German as the "Paritätische Bühnenreifeprüfung."

Employment in the cultural or artistic sectors is not the only type of integration into the labour market. Office manager or assistant positions are just two examples.

The aims of the project are twofold: vocational training with the aim of passing the test to become a licensed actor or actress ('Paritätische Bühnenreifeprüfung'), and social inclusion and employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities, particularly in the cultural sector.
