Hotel accommodation for delegates
A limited allocation of rooms has been reserved for
conference delegates at the 5 star Corinthia
Towers Hotel, adjacent to the Prague Congress
Centre at a very special price, guaranteed
until 21 May 2009.
The room rates quoted include service, taxes and full
buffet breakfast.
Please book your room as soon as possible
to ensure availability. We cannot
guarantee the availability of further rooms in the conference
hotel once this room allocation has been sold or after
21 May 2009.

Types of room and prices
All rooms have large windows and wide, open views. All
are equipped with bath, shower, radio, LCD TV, mini
bar, tea and coffee facilities, air-con, safe, internet
access, etc.
As a delegate of this conference,
you will also enjoy complimentary access to the hotel's
fitness suite and 26th floor swimming pool - (a pool
with a view!)

The Business class
rooms, situated on the 4th to 8th floors of the hotel,
have recently been refurbished to a high standard and
enjoy free internet access, plus privileged access to
a
business lounge with full office facilities.
Note: ESN does not recommend the further
upgrade to 'Executive' category that is available via
the hotel's weblink (below) because it considers the
facilities of the hotel's 'Business' category rooms
to be superior to those in the 'Executive' category.
Booking your room

You will receive an immediate record of your request
by email, but the hotel will send you a second email,
within a few days, to formally confirm your booking.
Please make sure you have received this second
email of formal confirmation.
Alternatively, you may download
and complete the ESN
booking form (one booking form per room
required); please send the completed form by fax or
email to the hotel, whose full contact details are printed
on the form. Again, you will receive confirmation of
your booking direct from the hotel.
In either case, you will be required
to guarantee your booking with a credit card, but payment
will not be taken until you are at the hotel.

conditions regarding cancellation (below) when you make

Hotel
cancellation conditons
All room cancellations must be received by the Hotel
Corinthia Towers in writing and must
be confirmed in writing by the hotel.
You may cancel your room without
penalty until 21 May 2009.
If you cancel your room
from 22 May 2009 up to 7 days before your booked date
of arrival the hotel reserves the right to
charge you for one night of your stay.
In the case of cancellation
less than 7 days prior to arrival or no-show,
the hotel holds the right to charge individuals
for the full length of their booked reservation.
