Adriana joined the European Social Network as a Policy and Project Officer in April 2024.

Prior to joining the team, she coordinated research and advocacy projects concerning disability rights and rights of older people at Human Rights Watch and worked for 6+ years for the South Australian Department for Child Protection, mostly case managing children and young people placed in long-term alternative care and triaging notifications of child abuse and neglect.

Adriana holds a bachelor’s degree in social work from the University of Padua (Italy) and a master's degree in human rights from the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg (Germany).

In her free time, she enjoys dancing salsa and bachata, singing, watching comedy and crime, and cooking.
