Lourdes works as Policy and Project Officer at ESN. She holds a bachelor’s degree in education and a postgraduate qualification in International Development Studies.

During her 14 year professional career, she has worked mainly in child protection with SOS Children Villages in Spain and within the asylum seekers-migration context in different reception centres, with two grassroot NGOs and with the European Union Agency for Asylum (EUAA) in Greece and Lithuania, where she managed several projects and teams.

In her free time, she enjoys practicing yoga, swimming and hiking in the mountains.
