Alvaro Sanchez is responsible for the management of ESN’s Finance and Human Resources.

He oversees financial management, budgeting, reporting, accounting, payroll, and the continuous improvement of financial and administrative processes. He also contributes to ESN’s organisational planning, grant management, and compliance.

Before joining ESN, he worked for 14 years in the private sector and consultancy, gaining experience across companies of diverse sectors, scales, and scopes.

He holds an MA in Business Administration & Management (Spain/Belgium) and an MA in International Management with a specialisation in Finance (Spain/France), both as part of international programmes.
