The Swiss Cities and Towns Social Policy Group initiative represents the social policy interests of around 60 Swiss cities from all regions. It advocates a coherent system of social security and good cooperation between cities, the federal government and the cantons. The Social Policy Group is part of the Swiss Association of Cities. The Group develops its positions through the work of committees or working groups and is represented in a large number of external committees and working groups.
