Investing in people and communities
 
 

As we’re preparing for a busy autumn, packed with working group meetings and events, we invite you to look back at some of the lessons we and our network of social services managers learned during the first half of 2014.

 

At our annual conference in Rome, the key message that came across was that investing in social services is a smart and sustainable investment. Over 400 delegates from 30 countries met to discuss social investment and the future of a social Europe, evidence-based decision making, user and citizen participation, and the role of technology.

  Independent living for people with disabilities
