Partnerships in developing community social services

The 4th Romanian social services conference took place on 27-28 May, organised by the City of Cluj-Napoca with support from the European Social Network (ESN). The event provided a wide range of interesting presentations and discussions covering themes such as developing community care, social inclusion of Roma and people with disabilities, and accessing EU funds. ESN was represented by its vice-chair, ESN members from the Netherlands and the UK and two secretariat officers.
