The first of the three stakeholder sessions of the 4Quality! project took place in Rome on 6 May. This meeting featured participants from France, Belgium, Italy and Spain. Following on from this, on 27 May, ESN organised the second regional seminar in Brighton to look at working conditions, professional qualifications, coordination and the quality of services in household and personal care services in the United Kingdom, Sweden, the Netherlands and Finland. The last regional seminar will take place in Vienna on 22 September with participants from Germany, Czech Republic and Austria.
4Quality! is a European funded project which aims to improve the quality of jobs and care in the personal and household services sector by analysing and sharing good practices on a number of related topics: working conditions and skills development, quality of home care services and housework activities for dependent people at home, and services coordinationand the coordination between different services.
