The ESN Communications Team hosted an online meeting of the ESN Communications Officer Working Group, bringing together communications professionals from ESN Member Organisations to exchange ideas, share experiences, and explore current challenges and opportunities in communications in social services.

The Communications Officers Working Group provided a space for communications professionals working for ESN Member Organisations to share ideas, best practices, and strategies for effective communication, enabling participants to learn from one another’s experiences.

Through the Working Group, the European Social Network (ESN) aimed to strengthen networking and relationship-building among communications professionals in social services, while creating opportunities for future collaboration and partnerships.

The meeting focused on the theme “Connecting Ideas – The Current State of Communications in Social Services” (read the concept note here) offering participants an opportunity to discuss the evolving communications landscape and connect with peers working across the sector.

Participation in the Working Group was open to communications professionals working at ESN Member Organisations. Previous attendance was not required to join the group.
