Elisha is a registered social worker with a Master's degree in Social Work and 36 years of combined personal and professional experience. Growing up in foster care has given her unique insights that she has applied throughout her career.

Elisha has worked as a local authority social worker and a youth worker in the charity sector, supporting children in care and care leavers. Currently, she is leveraging her extensive experience and insights to develop training packages that build on and enhance best practice within social care. Her goal is to empower social workers and the people they support and her aim is positive development and impact.
