For more than 10 years, Ms. Erika Stark is the general director of the General Directorate of Social Assistance and Child Protection Arad, the largest public institution dedicated to the management of social work, from Arad County.

Her debut in the field of social work began in 1993 when she worked at the Family Support Centre, a pioneer structure of what DGASPC Arad means today.

From 1996, she worked within the County Directorate for Child and Family Protection and then as Head of the Counselling and Emergency Intervention Service within the DGASPC Arad. 

For another 5 years, she held the position of general director of the Arad Community Development and Assistance Directorate.
