Harri Jokiranta, Doctor of Social Sciences, has built an impressive career in the social services field, including serving as Deputy Mayor of Seinäjoki. He has also served as the director of a Centre of Excellence on Social Welfare and as a Professor of Practice in Social Work at the University of Lapland. He currently holds positions of trust within the South Ostrobothnia Wellbeing Services County.
