Joanna Ziółkiewicz is a postgraduate in Positive Psychology. Supporting the development of children. 

She has been working at the Municipal Nursery Complex of Warsaw since 2014, in the position of Head of Education and Evaluation Department since 2023. 

She is also an observer of the CLASS Toddler tool, which enables her to examine the quality of children's daily experiences in institutions and deepens her knowledge and understanding of professionals—children interactions. 

Her main interests are psycholinguistics, especially the linguistic development of monolingual and bilingual children, innovations in child development, and the protection of children’s rights.
