Merethe Løberg is a Senior Advisor and Project Manager at the Nordic Welfare Centre in Stockholm, an institution under the Nordic Council of Ministers. She specialises in welfare policy, participation and inclusion, and the living conditions of children and young people. She holds a degree in sociology from the University of Oslo and is currently on leave from the Norwegian Ministry of Children and Families.
