Principal social worker, trainer, and Associate Professor at the University of Bucharest, Faculty of Social Work, specialising in Social Assistance since 2017, Executive Secretary of the National College of Social Workers in Romania from 2021: Tatiana Duta has been working in the social field since 1998, actively promoting the social worker profession.

Tatiana is a graduate of the University of Bucharest, Faculty of Sociology and Social Work, specialising in Social Work in 2000, and has a master’s degree in Management Communication and Human Resources from SNSPA, Faculty of Communication and Public Relations “David Ogilvy" (2007).

She gained a rich experience in 24 years of work, both as a social worker for public or private social service providers, as a leader of professional teams, and as a trainer.

She has also developed a series of training and organisational consulting programmes for various business companies.
