The recovery strategy considers consequences, tools, methods, approaches, and values. Each dimension has several sub-dimensions:
Values: The recovery strategy seeks to recognize the entire human being as having potential and hope for development.
Approach: The approach acknowledges resources, relationships, the concept of normalcy, and the goal of empowerment.
Methods: network coordination with public and private actors, home support, crisis management, leisure activities, and psycho-education.
The desired effect is one of recovery and social inclusion in the areas of work, education, housing, and family and friends.
