The European Collectivity of Alsace is a territorial collectivity in the Alsace region of France, regrouping the two departments of Haut-Rhin and Bas-Rhin. The CEA carries public policies of solidarity around children in danger, disability, ageing, social and professional integration, as well as local social action.
