NeASS Lombardia is an association of regional public authorities  in Italy. Each associated entity, within the state and regional legislative framework, defines strategic priorities in social services in relation to the characteristics of the territorial communities of reference (in terms of citizens' needs and existing resources) and the political will of the associated municipalities.
