The Regional Council of the Rhineland Municipalities (LVR) is a supralocal municipal association and public-law corporation in the Rhineland region, Germany. Its members include 13 independent cities, 12 districts, and the Städte Region Aachen. The LVR is an organisation established by regional public law acting as an official authority in a wide range of public facilities and services, including youth welfare or services for people with disabilities, among others.
