The University of Hertfordshire (Herts) is a public university based in Hertfordshire, United Kingdom, with over 32,000 students. Within the university, the Centre for Research in Public Health and Community Care (CRIPACC) is an internationally renowned inter-disciplinary centre focused on producing research that makes a difference to people’s lives by improving the quality of health and care for everyone. It focuses particularly on communities, young people, and family lives; place-based ageing; and public involvement and engagement in health and care. In addition, the Centre for Applied Clinical, Health and Care Research (CACHE) brings together academics and clinicians/practitioners from different disciplines.
