Welfare Care Kempen (WZK) is an intermunicipal entity of 27 Public Centres for Social Welfare (OCMWs) in the Turnhout region. They provide services to support the well-being and health of vulnerable residents. By pooling resources and expertise, WZK enhances service quality, improves efficiency, and promotes integrated support for people in vulnerable situations.
