By successfully integrating 200 young people (aged 18 to 24) who receive minimum income into the workforce, the project seeks to assist them. It aims to achieve this by giving them paid work experience so they can develop the knowledge and self-assurance necessary to enter the labour market on their own.

An initial training phase with a maximum duration of 8 weeks is followed by a reimbursement for living expenses. Following that, they participate in a 10-month paid work placement. Young people continue to get benefits to match the minimum income even if the course subsidy or pay is less. The project has low qualification standards for participation, and the suggested placements have various skill levels.

The project's primary goals are to help participants enter the workforce by giving them meaningful work experience.
