The approach proposed in the CCI Model is consistent with the discussion on the need to develop social investments as well as the future directions of EU social policy.

In the actions of public administration bodies, the CCI Model is an example of systemic social innovation.

It responds to EU priorities that emphasize the importance of social innovation in solving social problems in today's world.

National: By providing a set of tools, the developed solution creates conditions for increasing the efficiency, effectiveness, and coherence of the region's social policy. These tools make it easier to implement changes in the way social policy tasks are carried out by providing information on the costs and effects of actions taken to assist disadvantaged people.

Regional: The ability to create budgets for the implementation of social assistance tasks using IT tools to prepare long-term financial estimates (cost-benefit analysis); Independence promotion; Having access to a well-organized social policy database, with the possibility of gaining easier access to knowledge useful for theorists based on research, analysis, and statistics; Drafting a strategy for social problem-solving in municipalities, using an IT tool to organize the collection of information about locally pursued social policy, enabling the search of its contents - with respect to the strategic objectives at various levels of local government, and facilitating long-term planning of social actions and estimating their costs; Reinforcing social presence mechanisms through participation in the planning and execution of assistance actions using IT tools, as well as assessment of assistance actions by their beneficiaries in local communities.
