Through innovation and incorporated social services, the project seeks to aid recipients in achieving social inclusion. This project provides a complete and integrated set of services (such as career counselling, legal counsel, emotional support, and entrepreneurial counselling) intended to meet beneficiaries' requirements while also striving to improve their abilities and talents.

Six key activities are taking place and are given in an integrated manner, in addition to the organisational and managerial aspects of the project: Set-up of two Single Entry Points- introduce a wide spectrum of psychosocial, legal, medical and career services; Employability Services- a set of services offered to improve employability and help in finding job opportunities; Legal Aid- to guarantee underprivileged populations' access to free legal aid services while advancing their right to respectable legal representation; Childcare and Family Support- a multipurpose daycare centre for kids established, with a focus on each child's cognitive, psychosocial, and linguistic growth as well as the prevention and/or treatment of any particular risk factors or issues they may have; Medical Care- promotes and improves primary health care access for disadvantaged, marginalised, and vulnerable communities that have been badly affected by the economic crisis.; Provision of First Assistance Services- material aid is offered to the most deprived people. Namely, material assistance is offered to a subset of total beneficiaries.

Employability will always be the target for beneficiaries who are able to work, according to the ESTI@ project, which aims to propose and implement innovative integrated services incorporating both social welfare pillars in an organised and structured manner. Benefits and services will not be provided piecemeal; rather, they will be provided as part of an integrated personal action plan for each recipient that aims to meet their needs while also seeking to improve their capacities and abilities to secure employment.
