Individual career plans strive for regular employment, for which different types of support with varying levels of support (e.g. collective / individual) may be required and are available. They are as follows:

Collective forms of supported employment: Group outplacements (public and private), Sheltered workshops (institution); Individual forms of supported employment: Individual internship outplacement; Employment in near-normal conditions: Subsidized-wage jobs; The various measures could potentially be combined to transition into jobs with "normal conditions."

Supported employment can take place in a variety of settings. People in supported employment may help organize public events such as Christmas festivals, organize a camping site, help maintain a natural reservoir, or work in a production/manufacturing environment.

Voluntary environments provide a different framework in which people who require assistance can contribute to society. This could include organizing a children's football club, assisting with the transportation of people with disabilities, or providing city tours.

Aims: Increasing the quality of life and personal autonomy of people with complex needs (disabled people and people with mental health problems); Providing and supporting different forms of employment for people with complex needs.
