As a new tool in the process of finding work and entering the labor market, employment services provide constant feedback, and the feedback and findings flow into an individual integration plan.

The following steps were taken to find work:

• Conducting user profiling

• Articulate integration objective

• Select a strategy (draw up an integration plan)

• Implement and sustain (Traditional counselling approaches continue until the user's integration into work or training is complete)

 • Secure Employment (services are extended until this point!)

The unique approach of the project INA! provides assistance until the user finds work. This is intended to improve the long-term viability of workplace integration. This is especially important because a significant proportion of long-term unemployed people lose their new job within the first six months.

INA! extends the traditional counselling support timeline until after employment. Employment and employability risks are assessed jointly, and joint solutions are developed. To achieve this goal, employers and network partners participate in the process, which takes into account the various needs of the parties.

Stakeholder and partner framework: Many (social) partners can help to stabilize employment, including: • Job centers and employment agencies • Local governments and charitable organizations • Integration agencies and specialist integration services • Health-care funds • Federal Office for Migration and Refugees • Others (unspecified). The phased concept development in several stages was a positive key factor in the program's successful implementation.

Development in 2011: various stakeholders were involved in the design, planning, and provision of services. At this point, all stakeholders were gathered around a single table.

Test phase 2011/2012: The Jobcentre in Fuerth-Stadt was the first pilot site in the implementation

Pilot phase 2012/2013: In that phase, the Jobcentre Erfurt and the Jobcentre of the Greater City Area of Aachen were also included in the implementation.
