This project identifies the resources necessary to integrate young people that have left the care system into the community. To achieve this, housing services, access to formal and informal education, and healthcare are provided to increase the number of young people in employment.

In 2019, this project had 22 young people availing of these facilities. Eight out of the twenty-two had a disability. Either specific assistance is provided to the young person, or individual plans to train the individual in residential care are established. Counselling and training are at the centre of this project.
