This project brought together a working group of stakeholders to improve the detection of vulnerable children. The working group increased understanding of the various roles and approaches to coordination between services working with vulnerable children who require referral to protection services.

This practice involves the better establishment of an inter-sectoral signalling system for at-risk children. Stakeholders are in constant communication with each other to share ideas through training, courses, and information on professional materials. The objective of this project is to improve the risk recognition of children among various services, sharing the information with child protection services.
