The Vienna Social Fund chose this organisation to provide qualification, vocational training, and eventually sustainable jobs in the mainstream labour market for people with disabilities, particularly learning disabilities. This project assists people with disabilities in transitioning from sheltered workshops to the mainstream labour market by providing counselling, job orientation, training for job interviews and applications, volunteer job training, and job coaching.

It also assists businesses by providing assistance during the inclusion process, financial incentive counselling, and long-term collaboration.

  • The programme is intended to serve as a networking and intermediary body for people with disabilities, organisations that assist people with disabilities, schools, and businesses.
  • Provide low-threshold (easy access, no time limit, counselling and individual support) long-term support for people with disabilities seeking to enter the open labour market and/or further their education.
  • People with disabilities must be actively included.
  • Living independently
