On their 100th anniversary in 2012, the K-Retailers Association launched this national job-coaching project. The Association then asked FAIDD, the Finnish Association on Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, to work with them to employ people with learning disabilities in K-retailers and other businesses. The K-group is one of Finland's two largest supermarket chains, with locations throughout the country.

The project, dubbed 'Many kinds of result makers,' was overseen by a single person based in the FAIDD office in Helsinki. She served as a liaison between retailers, local municipalities, and job coaches.

Aim: Allow people with learning disabilities to be employed in the open labour market, namely in K-retailers businesses; For businesses: fulfil their social responsibility.
