Students’ Acceleration Programme: Supporting the Socio-Economic Development of Young People with Disabilities is a project developed by the DOST Agency, the State Employment Agency of Azerbaijan, and UNICEF. It aims to support young people with disabilities in their transition from education to employment. The programme combines training, mentoring, and internship opportunities to enhance participants’ skills, connect them with inclusive employment options, and promote equal participation in the labour market. It also seeks to reduce stereotypes and shift societal attitudes towards people with disabilities, representing an innovative model for inclusive employment.
