Aisling joined the projects team in ESN in 2026. She has worked in the Irish Department of Health, in LGBTI advocacy, and in homeless services. She is an experienced researcher with skills in quantitative and qualitative analysis, and has a Master’s Degree in European Policy and Public Administration from KU Leuven.
