As a graduate of Sciences Po Paris and the National Institute of Territoriales Studies, Arnaud LOPEZ is a manager in social policy, convinced that the answer to our common challenges depends on a strong European integration.

Member of the board of ANDASS (National Association of Social and Health Director) in France, Arnaud work as social affairs director in « Département » (county councils), with more than a million inhabitants. I’ve start managing social services in a county council in North of France, in autonomy policy for elderly and disabled people, then since May 2019, in the Department of Hauts-de-Seine, where I successively became director of solidarity, including nearly 950 agents, and then director of Child Protection and familiy support.

Sharing his expériences with other colleague from other countries is an important part of his committment to build bridges between citizens across Europe.
