Before joining ESN in February 2023, Arthur held project management positions at the Foundation for European Progressive Studies (FEPS) and at the Community Land Trust of Brussels as main coordinator of the innovative EU-funded social housing project CALICO.

He was formerly a Junior Policy Analyst at social policy consultancy Eftheia and a policy assistant at Feantsa, the European network of organisations working against homelessness. He did his end-of-studies traineeship at social enterprise Groupe SOS.

Arthur is a graduate from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and Université Lumière Lyon 2, in European governance and Political Sociology respectively, with an exchange year spent at the University of Pennsylvania as an undergraduate student.
