Bekir Isik  is the Senior Membership and Operations Officer at the European Social Network (ESN). He specialises in membership development, stakeholder engagement, strategic networking, and advocacy. At ESN, he develops membership campaigns, strengthens member relations, fosters collaboration, and supports operational initiatives across the network.

Before joining ESN, Bekir worked in the research, business, and humanitarian sectors, where he collaborated with EU and national policymakers, built and maintained stakeholder networks, organised high-level policy dialogues involving senior officials, and represented business and civil society interests towards European institutions.

He holds a Master of Arts in European Studies from the University of Hamburg and Bachelor’s degree in International Relations.
