Prior to joining ESN, Bridget worked at Inclusion Europe in Brussels, where she helped create the 2024 Inclusion Indicators. 

Before moving to Brussels, Bridget lived in several countries working and volunteering in a range of social services, gaining valuable insight into the functioning of international social care systems.

She has undertaken multiple community and support roles working directly with disabled people, children and older adults in the UK, Slovakia, USA, France and Belgium. 

She also studied for a BA (Hons) in Health and Social Care. 

In her free time, she enjoys travelling and going to the theatre and concerts.
