Dorotea holds a Master's degree in Near and Middle Eastern Studies from SOAS University of London. Before joining ESN, she gained valuable experience in advocacy and communications through her work with various human rights organizations. As assistant, she will be supporting the Communications and Events teams until July 2025. 

In her free time, she enjoys practicing Muay Thai, yoga, and knitting.
